Included in the cost of the weekly hire charge our service drivers will empty the toilet and give the toilet a washdown inside. We will restock with 3 toilet rolls, fresh sink water, paper handtowels and refill the liquid soap dispenser. Your toilet will be left smelling clean and fresh with one of our fragrance discs. Any additional interim services will be charged accordingly.

Do I need to be here when you deliver/collect toilet?
This would help our staff as we’ll require help on-site to get to sited in the correct spot easily.
How much notice do you need when booking?
The majority of orders are delivered the next day (subject to availability),but some notice always helps
When and how do I need to pay for the hire?
When ordering your construction toilet, a full payment including the minimum hire period plus transport is paid upfront. For an event payment this to be paid a month prior to delivery, again paid in full. Method of payment by BACs or payment card. If you do have to cancel a full refund is available as long, we have not delivered.
Do the toilets have any security in-built?
No, you as the customer are fully responsible for the safety and security of the toilet whilst on site. Please check with your current insurer that you have cover.
Where is the best place to put the toilet?
In order to deliver, collect and service your toilet a clear and precise address is required for our servicing team. We’ll need clear access max 4 metres on site to safely carry out the toilet cleaning.
Can I add chemicals into the toilet?
The chemicals used in our flushing toilets are specially designed, NO other chemicals i.e. bleach should NOT be added to the toilet tank as it can react and be less effective. If possible, when sitting on the toilet position the loo away from direct sunlight where possible, as this could reduce the lasting effects of our blue chemical. If you have further questions give us a call.
Are there lights in the toilets?
Our portable toilets do not come with lights; they do have a translucent roof to allow natural daylight in. If you do require lighting, ask our sales team as we’ll be able to advise on a temporary solution.
